Initially we were only engaged to price the job for construction. However, from the outset it was clear that the actual build cost was well outside the client’s advised budget. The scope of our service was expanded to include managing the Designer to correct major design/construction issues with the building envelope. We were also engaged to completely re-document the interiors package to help bring the design in on budget.
