Being a Design and Construct company means we provide a fully integrated in-house service broadly comprising Concept/Sketch Design, Construction documentation, Estimating and Construction. We can assist you throughout the design and building process or at any stage in-between, but our real value lies in being involved right from the start.
SFB has a small number of projects under construction at any one time. This is a conscience decision that allows us to offer one point of contact for the whole design and building process. This in turn allows us to develop real relationships with clients and focus our attention on the architectural details of the project.
